Caribbean understands the importance of knowledge and its key to success. With this in mind we offer free, yes that's right, free one to one training courses on our range of awnings. There are two courses available, one for installation and one for sales / marketing.

The installations course covers everything including surveying and measuring a site for an awning, selection of fixings, installing & adjusting the awning, programming in sensors and the hand over to the customer. Plus, problem solving tips for service calls and of course those time saving tricks for adjustment.

The sales / marketing course covers the benefits of awnings for all market segments, key features & sales points of the Caribbean range, correct awning selection & measuring for each application, sales pitch, retail pricing structure, where & how to successfully market, marketing support / designs we offer and the sales aids to assist get that sale every time!

Both training courses are held at our impressive state of the art facilities and usually take around 3 hours, plus a break for lunch on Caribbean! There is also a tour of our production facility so you can see exactly how the awnings are manufactured from the confectioning of the materials, through to the assembly of the frameworks and the setting up & testing of the completed product.
